From this last you will be wanting to flee, and yet most of the time we fight long time to face the fears that devastate us when <strong>we are with Morpheus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>However, when <strong>we have a pleasant dream, we are always thinking of extend it,<\/strong> even though, on certain occasions, <strong>the alarm clock rings to bring us back to that everyday reality.<\/strong>..and what we were so pleasantly as spectators ends up disappearing after few minutes.<strong> How annoying this can be! \ud83d\ude44\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>All these situations remind you of something, don\u2019t you? What if I told you that you can be the master of your dreams and rule them wherever you want?<\/em> And no, \u00a0I&#8217;m not talking about pursuing personal or professional goals in real life, but to be able to go from being a mere spectator of your dreams to being<strong> an active actor in them<\/strong> and living thus what, in earthly life, probably you cannot do it, either for good or for bad.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>It would be great, right?<\/em> Well, you have to know that there are people who get a lucid dream every day, after having carried out <strong>certain well-known techniques to produce this kind of dream<\/strong>, i.e. that state in which in spite of being asleep, your degree of drowsiness is not so high in such a way you can be aware what you are living at that moment and, therefore, <strong>you decide how the story ends<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Among some of these techniques that we will mention later, <strong>consuming marijuana is one of the most we like,<\/strong> but the way you do it really matters, since it\u2019s necessary to <strong>follow certain guidelines<\/strong>. We can improve <strong>concentration and precision.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-It strengthens our confidence<\/strong> in ourselves and helps us to feel more satisfied with our lives, since this type of dreams gives us general well-being.<\/p>\n<p>-It helps us overcome<strong> post-traumatic situations<\/strong>, or rather, the stress that these generate in our lives, since people who have suffered those <strong>bad experiences<\/strong> get solutions from lucid dreaming.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>It improves our creativity<\/strong>, we must not forget that when we control our dreams, we are creating a new world, as if we produce our own film.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pbgreend\">These are the psychological benefits, but several medical studies have also shown that thanks to <strong>cannabis consumption at bedtime<\/strong> and to the lucid dreams that this plant produces, \u00a0patients have managed to reduce or solve<strong> the problem of sleep apnea<\/strong> in some of those who have undergone such studies.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%F0%9F%91%8C_Cannabis_and_lucid_dreams\"><\/span>\ud83d\udc4c Cannabis and lucid dreams<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the following lines I am going to explain you what are the main techniques that are used today to have lucid dreams, but firstly, I would like to make a stop along the way and dedicate this little section to <strong>marijuana and the experiences this plant<\/strong> may produce in your<strong> \u201casleep mind\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We already know that although one of these techniques is precisely the use of certain plants such as the <strong>African sleep herb (Silene Capensis), common valerian (Valeriana officinalis), mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris) or Uvuma Omhlope (a type of African plant very powerful to induce sleep)<\/strong>, to consume marijuana before sleep also has its reward as far as the experience of dream is concerned.<\/p>\n<p>One of the advantages of <strong>using marijuana before bedtime<\/strong> is that, especially with Indica strains (Do not forget that sativa strains have rather an opposite effect, in lots of cases), help you to relax and, therefore, <strong>solve insomnia problems<\/strong> that many people suffer.<\/p>\n<p>But cannabis does not only has a mere relaxing effect on humans, but when cannabis is consumed before bedtime,<strong> the REM phase<\/strong> which is the one in which <strong>lucid dreams may occur is altered and reduced,<\/strong> because of this \u00a0people who consume the cannabis plant take less time in reach the phase in which get completely asleep.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pfred\">Sure, and now you&#8217;re going to tell me: <em>So, it is better not to use marijuana before bed? It depends.<\/em> Yet, taking into account that <strong>the REM phase can be reduced<\/strong>, and therefore, diminishing the possibilities of having lucid dreams, the fact is that, it\u2019s been shown that when people stop consuming cannabis <strong>for a short period of time<\/strong>, \u00a0after two or three days for example, may have strong lucid dreams, <strong>living a unique experience<\/strong> (this is known as rebound REM).<\/div>\n<p>As we may review from studies carried out in this regard, <strong>during the period of time that people have used cannabis to sleep<\/strong>, lucid dreams have been accumulating in such a way that when they stopped consuming cannabis the dreams arose (in fact it likely occurs) \u00a0again with more intensity.<\/p>\n<p>So we can say that<strong> marijuana actually helps to have lucid dreams,<\/strong> but the question is when and how to consume it to achieve this goal.
