A study with 166 patients, dividing them into two groups, people with sleep problems and without, showed that both groups fell asleep faster.<\/p>\n<p>Hypnotics or benzodiazepines are nowadays recommended for insomnia. These are medicines with a high risk of addiction and serious side effects in many cases.
