Well yes and no, because <\/b>medical cannabis<\/b><\/a> is allowed but recreational use is still illegal <\/b>in this state. However, there is much hope and many people think that Pennsylvania may be the next state in the US to legalize marijuana for people over 21 years of age.<\/p>\n

Until now, the Republican majority in the United States Senate has been holding back legalization in this and other states, but with the new formation of the chamber, this is expected to change in a short time. Possession of small quantities for self-consumption is already decriminalized in many cities<\/b> Pennsylvania, with Philadelphia being the largest of all.<\/p>\n
