Today, I have a little video to make a cannabis-infused chocolate mousse. For this, we’ll need:
- 80 g of milk
- 160 g of chocolate
- 90 g of yolks
- 200 g of egg whites
- 25 g of brown sugar
- 1 g of extraction
So, the first step is to make a cannabis milk. For that, I’m going to use one gram of already decarboxylated extraction. Otherwise, for decarboxylation, you just need to put your ground cannabis or extraction in the oven at 110 degrees for 40 minutes.
Now, we are going to heat up the milk and mix in our extraction so that the THC really gets infused into the fat of the milk. So, let’s get started!
We can add the extraction, and we’re going to let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Here we are, 10 minutes later! Now that the chocolate has melted and is thoroughly combined, carefully add the egg yolk and keep mixing.
Now that we have our chocolate with a smooth, airy consistency, we’re going to gently and carefully mix half of the whipped egg whites with the rich and deliciously melted chocolate. We’ll make little movements like this to mix it well.
Now that the first part of the whipped egg whites is well mixed with the chocolate, we’re going to mix in the rest of the preparation with the remaining whipped egg whites. At this moment, we are beginning a new journey with renewed energy and enthusiasm, ready to face the fridge for 3 hours.
