Hello everyone! My name is Alexia and I welcome you to our Pevgrow Cooking Channel. The recipe I’m bringing you today is cannabis-friendly. That’s right! We’re going to make a chocolate cake, which is more like a chocolate bomb—that’s super, super easy, and today I want to show it to you so you can leave your guests amazed.
So, if that sounds good to you, I’ll show you the ingredients and we’ll get started. We’re going to need:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 ½ cups of soy milk (since we’re making it vegan, so we won’t be using any dairy milk)
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- ½ cup of coconut oil infused with cannabis (if you don’t have it prepared, you can click on the link to find the recipe)
- 2 packets of baking powder (which you can find in any supermarket without any problems)
Now, we’re just going to combine all the ingredients, and in a moment, we’ll have our cake ready. The first step is to preheat the oven to 180°C. We’re going to combine all the dry ingredients, which are:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 packets of baking powder
Next, we add our ½ cup of coconut oil, approximately 1 ½ cups of our delicious soy milk, and finally, be careful, OK Growers, add a little bit of cocoa powder.
We already have the oven at 180°C. Now, we place the container inside and in about 30 to 40 minutes, we’ll check how it’s doing. Just to make sure the cake is cooked through, we’ll poke it with a knife, and when it comes out clean, it will be ready to eat!
And this is how our vegan chocolate cake turned out! I’ve melted a little bit of dessert chocolate in soy milk, which I’m going to drizzle on top to finish it off. To give this dessert an even more delightful touch, I’m going to add some strawberries because, personally, I love the combination of chocolate and strawberries.
