Hello everyone, my name is Alexia, and I welcome you to our Cooking Channel, Pevgrow. What do I have prepared for you today? Well, I’ve discovered a recipe for 100% plant-based sobrasada, and since it’s so plant-based, I want to add my special herbs, which, as you know, is cannabis. So we’re going to prepare it in just a moment. You’ll see that it’s super simple, and you’ll be able to enjoy it on toast or in a sandwich. Here are the ingredients we need:
- 50 grams of sun-dried tomatoes (as you can see, they come completely dehydrated)
- Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika from La Vera
- 50 g of roasted red pepper (which I already have here, roasted and peeled)
- A clove of garlic
- 35 g of raw peeled almonds
- A little bit of pepper
- The special touch: our cannabis olive oil (this time, I’ve prepared it with the Pepsi strain—fucking incredible!)
