Video: How to make white chocolate with cannabis

Hello everyone! My name is Alexia, and I welcome you to our Cooking Channel, Pevgrow. What are we going to do today? Well, for you who are chocolate lovers and for you who are cannabis enthusiasts, today I bring you a recipe where we’re going to mix these two pleasures into one.

We’re going to prepare a white chocolate and cannabis bar that will leave you wanting more. It’s essential to have one of these in the fridge for those moments when you crave something sweet that melts in your mouth. Take a look at the ingredients and get to work!

• 200 g of white chocolate
• 4 tablespoons of water
• 15 g of regular butter + 2 g of decarboxylated marijuana
• Alternatively, use cannabis butter (as I’m going to do) prepared with the AK-47 Auto strain

This variety has very sweet touches but with a citrus background. Since white chocolate is so sweet, I think it would go perfectly. That’s right! Always remember to decarboxylate your marijuana before any recipe.

I already have my butter prepared here, and you can see it looks amazing. The first step will be to melt our ingredients using a double boiler, as chocolate is quite delicate. We’ll place the following:

• 8 ounces of chocolate
• 15 g of cannabis butter

Now we’re going to keep stirring so that the butter melts with the chocolate, giving it that cannabis touch, which I think will be very prominent in the flavor of this AK-47 I’ve used. This strain has very sweet fruity notes with a citrus undertone.

Once we mix these ingredients, we will pour the mixture into molds and let it solidify for about 24 hours. After that, I’m going to grate some dark chocolate on top to enhance the flavor.

Now it’s ready to be enjoyed! To store it, you could either put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge or wrap it in aluminum foil and do the same in the fridge. It will keep perfectly!

So you can see how it turned out on the inside. As you can observe, it breaks apart with total ease! You’ve seen how easy it is to prepare our cannabis white chocolate. Another option would be to wrap each piece in paper, making it suitable for consumption in small doses. It would be perfect to keep them in the fridge and take them out from time to time.
