Hey there, my dear friends! Welcome to the incredible, wonderful, and amazing world of Pevgrow. Today, I have a video to explain how to achieve the ideal pH in our cannabis cultivation.
To start, pH is a measure used to understand the acidity and alkalinity in our cannabis plants. This is done by calculating the concentration of positive hydrogen ions. It’s important to know that pH has 14 points:
- A pH of 7 would be neutral.
- From 0 to 7, that would be an acidic pH.
- From 7 to 14, that would be an alkaline pH.
So, what is the ideal pH for a cannabis plant in the growing stage? The pH should be between:
- 5.5
- 6.0 and 6.2.
We can finish the last two weeks with a pH of 6.3. It’s important to have an idea of these levels because they will help us manage issues related to fungi, viruses, and bacteria.
