Guawi feminized seeds by Ace Seeds offer a top-tier sativa experience, blending African power with Central American flair to deliver explosive yields, intense terpene profiles, and a long-lasting psychedelic high that keeps you giggling and inspired.
Struggling to find a sativa that’s both potent and manageable? Too many tropical strains stretch out of control, take forever to finish, or collapse under their own weight. You want big harvests without the stress — a plant that grows fast, resists pests, and actually matures in a reasonable time.
That frustration is real. Waiting 14 weeks only to get airy buds or moldy colas kills the vibe. And if you're growing indoors, uncontrolled stretching wastes space and light. Outdoors, late finishes mean risking autumn rains. You need a sativa that performs — not one that punishes your patience.
Guawi is that solution. Born from Old Malawi Killer and a refined F5 Tikal, this 85% sativa hybrid delivers massive yields in just 11–12 weeks flowering. It resists mold and pests, handles heat like a champ, and packs dense, resinous buds with a complex bouquet of mango, peach, strawberry, and incense. Whether you're setting up a Sea of Green or growing full-sized outdoor plants, Guawi adapts and excels.
Don’t be intimidated — Guawi is surprisingly beginner-friendly for a pure sativa. It forgives minor mistakes, handles common pests well, and doesn’t demand lab-level precision. You’ll gain confidence fast while harvesting premium flower.
Veterans will appreciate Guawi’s genetic stability, vigorous branching, and responsiveness to advanced techniques. It’s a breeder’s dream — uniform, resilient, and packed with potential.
Even the best strains can go wrong. Guawi’s resilience and predictable growth help you sidestep common pitfalls that ruin harvests.
Guawi thrives in warm, stable environments with strong light and good airflow. It’s ideal for both SOG and SCROG setups, responding well to training and pruning. Use moderate nutrients in veg and moderate-high in flowering. For best results, consider using Kit Hesi Starterbox Soil to ensure balanced nutrition from the start.
Yes, despite being a sativa-dominant strain, Guawi is surprisingly forgiving. It resists common pests and mold, handles moderate feeding, and grows vigorously. Just give it enough space and light, and you’ll be rewarded.
Outdoors, Guawi can reach up to 2.50 m (8.20 ft), especially when planted early. If you want a smaller plant, start later in the season — it won’t affect quality, only size.
Absolutely. Use an 11/13 light cycle during flowering to reduce stretching. Combine with LST or SCROG to keep it under control while maximizing yield.
Use moderate nutrients in veg and moderate-high in flowering. A balanced base like Top Crop Fertilizer Pack Professional works great. Add a PK booster mid-flower for denser buds.
Yes, it develops a powerful aroma of fruit and incense in late flowering. Use a carbon filter like Seedfinder to control odors and stay discreet.
I first grew Guawi two seasons ago, and it immediately became one of my favorite sativas. I was skeptical — pure sativas can be finicky — but this one surprised me. I started five seeds, all female, all vigorous. Indoors, under 600W HPS, I used SCROG with 11/13 lighting to manage stretch. By week 8, the room smelled like a tropical fruit market dipped in incense. I harvested 580 g/m² — dense, sticky colas with a trichome blanket that looked like snow. The high? Pure magic. Starts with a psychedelic rush that makes colors pop, then settles into a giggly, dreamy calm. No anxiety, no crash. Outdoors, a friend grew one in Valencia — planted in May, harvested in early November, got over 750 grams. Resilient, productive, and absolutely unique. For beginners, I’d say: don’t fear the sativa. For experts? This is elite genetics. I’ve already reserved my next batch.

A powerful and easy to grow plant, with tree sized potential if planted (very) early. Plant her late in the season, even as late as 1 - 2 weeks after the Summer Solstice, if you desire a smaller, more manageable specimen. This will in no way effect quality, only overall size; and may even make flowering more decisive. This is a method I have used for many years with Sativa dominant strains with great results, especially applicable if/when you have limited space in the garden or prefer growing many smaller plants. She enjoys moderate feeding throughout her lifespan, perhaps a lighter feeding schedule early in veg if growing with healthy and well prepared soil, but she will also enjoys a PK boost early and midway through flowering, then a lighter finishing diet. Effect is deep and profound, with great appetite stimulation and tremendous therapeutic qualities too. Flowering will take a little longer, about what can be expected from a Sativa, however she flowers with conviction and does not seem to go on and on re-flowering as can happen with some more extreme tropical Sativa strains. I imagine she could be a good candidate for either Sea of Green or Screen of Green indoors, due to ample production all the way along the branches, right back to the main stem. Using cuttings would speed up the cycle no doubt. All together a highly recommendable variety, with an effect that will be new to most people, thus providing an insight into where it all started from with these native "Landrace" genetics. Unique for you and me!
