Characteristics of Ph + Plus
PH + Plus of Hesi has a composition of 50% potassium hydroxide, with it you will raise the pH of the water you use for irrigation. Thus, you will be increasing the chances that the plants irrigated with this solution get everything they need from the substrate and the additional you add to the water.
If there is any imbalance in the acidity of the mixture, too high or too low levels, the roots of the crops will not have the capacity to absorb correctly the nutrients that you provide them. Because of this, they will start to suffer from diseases or stunted growth.
In that sense, the pH of the irrigation solution you use should be within the range of 5.3 and 6.5, in order to provide an ideal environment for nutrient absorption. In this way, increasing the pH level of the solution with pH + Plus helps you to comply with this premise while maintaining the health and good growth of the plants you grow.
How to use pH + Plus
- Prepare the irrigation solution with the fertilizers that you usually use.
- Remove the mixture and measure the pH level.
- If you obtain a pH below the appropriate level, add a few drops of pH + Plus, measure and repeat the operation until you reach the optimum level.
