The Ultrasound Humidifier 12 Membranes + Float is a high-performance device designed to generate a massive amount of cold mist, instantly optimizing the humidity levels in large indoor cultivations. Unlike small domestic appliances, this "fog machine" is built to work hard, ensuring your plants never suffer from water stress due to dry environmental conditions.
Are you noticing that your plants are growing slowly, with curled leaves, or that the temperature in your grow room is skyrocketing while the humidity drops to Saharan levels? Maintaining a stable environment in large spaces or under powerful lights is one of the hardest challenges for a grower.
If you don't fix this, your plants will close their stomata to save water, stopping photosynthesis and stalling their development. Even worse, dry and hot air is the perfect breeding ground for pests like the dreaded red spider mite. Relying on wet towels or small 1-liter humidifiers is a waste of time and effort that puts your harvest at risk.
The solution is to bring out the heavy artillery. With this 12-membrane ultrasonic humidifier, you can evaporate up to 6 liters of water per hour. It connects to any large reservoir you have, allowing you to automate humidity management efficiently and professionally.
Using this device changes the game completely. By maintaining high relative humidity (RH) during the vegetative phase (around 60-70%), you allow the plants to develop lush foliage and robust stems. This device is specifically designed to be placed inside a large tank or water butt. Thanks to its included float, the unit stays at the perfect depth to maximize mist production without you having to constantly adjust it.
It is the perfect complement to your Climate Control system. While your extractors remove stale air, this humidifier replenishes moisture instantly, cooling the environment by several degrees in the process. It's ideal for rooms with many lights where heat is an issue.
To get the best performance and durability out of this beast, follow these simple steps:
The number one enemy of this device is limescale. We cannot stress this enough: use water with low EC (osmosis or distilled). If you use tap water, mineral salts will build up on the ceramic discs, reducing their power until they stop working. This damage is not covered by the warranty.
Clean the membranes gently every 2-3 weeks with a soft cloth or brush to remove any biofilm or residue. Do not use aggressive chemicals; a little vinegar and water usually does the trick for cleaning the tank.
At full power, it consumes approximately 6 liters of water per hour (6000ml/h). We recommend using a tank of at least 50-100 liters if you want it to run autonomously for several days.
It is very powerful for a small tent (e.g., 1x1m) unless you control it with a humidistat that turns it off quickly. It is designed for rooms or large Grow tents (2.40m x 1.20m and up).
This model comes with the float, which is essential. It does not typically include a splash guard dome, so it's best used inside a deep tank or tub where some splashing won't be an issue.
Yes, the 20mm ceramic discs are replaceable. If you notice mist production dropping after months of intense use, you can change them easily.
I remember the first time I set up a room with 20 lights; the heat was eating up all the humidity, and the plants looked sad no matter how much I watered them. I put one of these 12-membrane units in a 100-liter trash can filled with osmosis water, and in 15 minutes the room looked like a rainforest. The change in the plants' turgidity was brutal.
My advice: don't be stingy with the water quality. I killed my first one in a month by using tap water because I was lazy. Since I switched to osmosis water, the membranes last me for several crops. If you have a serious setup, this is the lung your room needs.
