The Lumatek bulb for 630w LEC lighting equipment is the perfect choice for those growers who want to increase their performance without spending more electricity, as they offer the same performance as the 1000w HPS, but with a much lower consumption , and emitting less heat as well.
What does the Lumatek 630w LEC bulb look like?
There are 2 different versions of Lumatek 630w LEC lamp and they offer different spectra, one is 3100K Agro CCT, and the other is 4200K Daylight. It must be said that both serve both for the growth phase and for flowering, but the 3100 K is more suitable for fast flowering and autoflowering varieties, and the 4200 K would be better for long flowering genetics.
It is a high power lamp, with double connection to be able to offer really high PAR / PPF and CRI levels for its electrical consumption. It is especially suitable for working together with the Lumatek CMH 630w electronic ballast but it can be adapted to any other electronic ballast for 630w LEC, regardless of its brand.
This bulb is fired by high frequency pulses for ceramic discharge systems, and this allows it to have a longer service life than sodium or metal halide lamps, since they suffer more from the high power they need when ignited. Its spectrum is mainly blue and red, although it is very clear to the eye and the colors are barely perceived, something very interesting when it comes to detecting pests or deficiencies in plant leaves.
