Tampanensis truffles are named after the land where they were discovered, Tampa, Florida in 1977. This sclerotia is also called Philosopher's Stone, because of the deep reflections it produces. It was cloned and its spores are still circulating, and thank goodness, since it has only been found in the wild once again, in Mississippi, but it was not suitable for cultivation.
How is Tampanensis Truffle or Philosopher's Stone?
Its texture is rougher than that other truffles, and smells similar to nuts. Its power can be considered average, the visuals with other varieties like Hollandia or Valhalla are more powerful, but the Tampanensis offers you a very pleasant and stable trip in all its phases.

I have taken these truffles several times. My first time with this substance was with this strain. Not very intense so you won't get overwhelmed but will cause visuals and noticeable increased mood. I have also taken them to social gatherings and got some real good laughs.
