Mandarin Punch are feminized cannabis seeds that Sensi Seeds seed bank has worked through its testing laboratory, Sensi Seeds Research. It is a very tasty polyhybrid, formed by very famous parents, adapted to any growing system, and with an effect that everyone values.

What are the genetics of these feminized seeds?

Mandarin Punch is a complex poly hybrid consisting of 4 well known marijuana strains, Maple Leaf Indica, White Widow, New York City Diesel, and California Indica. The resulting genetics are not 100% homogeneous, but it enjoys an outstanding hybrid vigor (Heterosis), which allows it to adapt to multiple growing conditions. Its genotype is around 60% indica and 40% sativa.

How is it morphologically Mandarin Punch?

It mixes the traits of the sativas and the indicas, although in appearance it pulls more towards the latter. It grows quite tall if you leave it, like branches much and these branches grow to a good height, something very good for the use of light. Its stems are very robust, the average internodal distance, and the size of the leaves is quite large, with leaflets rather wide and very serrated.

What is the best way to grow these seeds?

These seeds respond well to different growing techniques, but one of the best ways to boost their yield is through the SCROG method, or if you do not want to put mesh, doing Supercropping also produce a lot. With 9 plants/m2 in 11 litre pots you will only need 3 weeks of vegetative growth to see the entire illuminated area occupied by well formed branches.

For outdoor cultivation prefers temperate climates, and thanks to its great vigour and growth rate, you don't need to germinate the seeds too early to make it huge. It accepts high levels of fertilization, but if you want to enjoy the best flavor use organic fertilizers, sure you will appreciate it.

When does Mandarin Punch harvest indoors and outdoors?

It has an average flowering cycle indoors about 8 or 9 weeks, and not being a completely uniform variety, there are phenotypes that can be harvested earlier and others that are better to leave them a week longer to cut at its peak.

In outdoor crops is harvested from 1 to 15 October in the northern hemisphere, and in the southern hemisphere would be cut during the first half of April. As it happens indoors, outdoors it can also be harvested a little earlier or later.

How much do these seeds produce?

The buds are of considerable volume, larger than average, with a good density, and of medium hardness. If grown unrestricted, in indoor cultivation can give yields of 550 grams/m2, and outdoors each Mandarin Punch can exceed 800 grams dry.

What does its aroma and flavour remind you of?

Surely by its name you've guessed what this marijuana tastes like, and yes, you've guessed right, because rolling a joint is like peeling a tangerine, with millions of terpenes that flood the air with a citrus tremendous perfume. Its sweet and citrusy taste is best enjoyed in a vaporizer, although if you grow it organically the smoke doesn't scratch at all.

What is the effect of Mandarin Punch like?

Having a fairly balanced balance between sativa and indica, its effect is total, feeling immediately at a level cerebral, with accelerated thinking and positivism. As time passes, the power is becoming more physical, without getting to leave you lying or feeling of heaviness, but it is quite noticeable body relaxation.
