Description

Welcome dear grower! If you are a regular in our online growshop, you already know me, but if you are newbie you must know that I am a sybarite and collector of cannabis varieties with unique flavours, and I just found one... That will not leave you indifferent! Indigo Berry Kush from Sweet Seeds!

The parents of this variety of marijuana have a lot of history after them, SOG Kush and Blue Monster. Spanish breeders, following a meticulous work of genetic selection, have created a variety with a whole different flavour compared to the rest, Simply unforgettable!

How's Indigo Berry Kush cannabis plant?

This Indica-dominant strain, which during growth adopts the typical Christmas fir shape of the Indicas, but when it comes to producing buds is very sativa, since they get together a lot in crowded bunches of chalices. Its side branches are quite abundant, making it the perfect target for a SOG or SCROG crop.

What does Indigo Berry Kush taste like?

The taste of this herb is very special, away from the typical citrus touches, it surprises by its great earthy body, dressed with a light notes of berries.

What effect does Indigo Berry Kush have?

Its effect is quite balanced, neither too psychoactive nor too relaxing, since its sativa genetics prevents the Indica from taking you to bed, in a sweet tug-of-war where the only beneficiary is you, since you can smoke it without problems at any time of day.

How do you plant Indigo Berry Kush?

In indoor crops, you must bear in mind that the aroma that gives off this small plant is quite strong and intense, so if you do not take precautions you will surely end up attracting the attention of neighbors, who will undoubtedly warn of your little secret. To prevent this from happening, install an active carbon filter in the extraction system. With 9 plants in 2,9 US gal pots (11 litre pots), you will be able to achieve very good results.

In outdoor crops, I have cultivated it twice and I have tried to place it directly in the soil, as well as to put it in a definitive flowerpot from the beginning and although both are valid, the best result I have obtained was planting it on firm soil. I'm a big fan of the organic and traditional crops, that's why I prepare a substrate with humus of worm and guano of bat, so I ensure a strong growth and without deficiencies.

What's Indigo Berry Kush production?

Indigo Berry Kush is a cannabis plant that meets the standards in all aspects and its productivity was not going to be anything less. Indoors, between 14,1-21,2 oz per 3x3ft (400-600 grams /m2) await you and outdoors, you can cut between 19-24,7 oz per plant (540-700 grams /plant).

Long and deep

Very dense buds, so you will need to watch out for excessive moisture at the end of flowering and may need an air fan blowing in the drying area to prevent any problems. Grows in a perfect Christmas tree shape; quite tall and well branched. Very sticky flowers that smell of sour cherries, with woody and earthy undertones. Finishes on time, just as describe by Sweet, like all their quoted times for their strains. Effect is deep and profound, heavily Indica weighted, with plenty of "stone" and only a little "high". Very relaxing, slightly sleepy and with tremendous therapeutic value when it comes to muscle tension and pain blocking. Also great for creative thoughts and pursuits. As a Sativa deviant, this one has too much Indica for my preferences, never-the-less, is a welcome addition to my medicine cupboard ! Healing.
