How is the variety Amnesia Lemon Autoflowering?
It is the automatic version of the mythical Amnesia, undoubtedly the most cultivated cannabis plant in Europe during the last decade. It doesn't really look like an autoflowering, as it forms a large, branched structure with a very interesting calyx-flower relationship.
What genetics are contained in Autoflowering Lemon Amnesia?
In order to make automatic flowering seeds with Amnesia genes, the most precious elite clone, the Amnesia Hy-Pro, was used. We are very proud of the result, since the most identifying features of the clone are perfectly visible in this autoflowering version.
To introduce the autoflowering gene without losing the best qualities of Amnesia, a Haze Auto was used. Therefore, both the taste and the kind of effect are maintained, and at the same time it brings hybrid vigour to the offspring, something that old clones like this one do very well.
How do you cultivate Lemon Amnesia Autoflowering?
It is a real 4x4, created to be cultivated in all kinds of environments and by anyone. Its high stress resistance makes it a special candidate for inexperienced growers.
In indoor cultivation it produces very well by putting 9 plants per 3x3ft (square meter) in 4 US gal (15 liter) pots. There is also the option of putting 16 plants in 2,9 US gal (11 litre) pots, the question is to fill the growing space well.
Outdoors you can get several crops, depending on the climate of your area, but the most productive will always be in spring or summer. This plant loves the sun, so the more hours and intensity of it the better.
When do you harvest Autoflowering Lemon Amnesia?
Its cultivation lasts a little longer than most of the autoflowering genetics on the market, but it is for a good cause. This variety has a very marked Haze character, a very high quality product that is cooked over a low heat.
Indoor requires about 11 weeks to be ready, counting from the time of germination. In outdoor cultivation depends on the season, when it is good weather this variety ends earlier, but the cold can make it slower. In no case will it take more than 3 months to mature properly.
How is the production of Amnesia Lemon Autoflowering?
In general the production is quite high, both of flowers and of resin and essential oils. In indoor cultivation illuminated with a 600 w. light bulb is easy to get 17,6 oz (500 grams) per harvest. Outdoors each specimen can yield more than 3,5 oz (100 grams), even 7,05 oz (200 gr.) if the conditions are right.
What does the variety Amnesia Lemon Autoflowering taste like?
It's a real Haze hybrid, if you've tried a Jack Herer, a Super Silver Haze or any other Amnesia you'll know what I'm talking about. Its smoke is very dense, it opens the lungs with a very noticeable passage through the mouth. When inhaled it is like fresh incense, but when exhaled you can perfectly perceive the citric and spicy notes so appreciated by the "Haze Lovers".
The aroma and taste of the Autoflowering Amnesia Lemon is perfectly captured in the cannabis extracts it produces. It concentrates very well the lemon and incense shades, that's why it is always present in almost all the competitions of the sector.

The germination went very well, I am waiting for the evolution of the plant.
Easy to grow and resilient, the only downside is having a seed that didn't manage to germinate, but that's part of the game in growing from seeds, so no hard feelings.
All the seeds have germinated, the growth is vigorous with a real explosion at the beginning of flowering. Tested compact and resinous to see on the taste...
I have to wait to see how they turn out in the end, but for now I like how they are growing.

Just germinated some of them in 11L pot with Light Mix on april 15.
Look the pictures (june 22), they are growing beautifully, not complaining for 2 successive hard-cloudy/raining weeks, low temperature (19C day / 10C night) during the first 3weeks nor the current hot period (37 C).
In those exact same conditions, some others genetics usually considered as 'resistant' from well-known breeders simply didn't grow... some of then also died !

I planted 10 seeds of this variety and harvested 10 plants of 1.20m each, loaded with quite nice buds. A classic flavor and aroma of amnesia with that hint of lemon. Very good. And it leaves you quite useless if you smoke too much, hehe. I recommend it.

Indeed. I had, have, and still have several seeds bought here a year ago (exactly May '18) and they have germinated without any problem.
A curious fact about germination: If there is too much heat and humidity, they rot; if there isn't, they are delayed. What I did was use the same container where the seed comes, moisten it with a drop of hydrogen peroxide (just one drop, two at most) and a few more drops of natural water, and carry it in my pocket! Thus, with the natural heat of the body, I estimate that between 20 and 30 degrees, the germination took about two days. And then to plant. A complete success.
